driver version 2016 CDM2128_Setup.exe
Procedure
1. Turn the machine on
2. Run the uninstall tool CDMuninstallerGUI.exe, press the Add button that inserts the class of devices to be removed in the central pane, then press Remove Devices
after a few moments the message of operation completed should appear
3. Install the drivers by running the CDM2128_Setup.exe file

5. Restart the PC and wait for Windows to boot up completely
6. Switch on the machine and check the correct functioning of Skipper
If the problem is not solved please double check that Windows is using the correct driver:
- Open Windows Device manager: you can use the shortcut WIN+R button and type devmgmt.msc
- Go to the USB section and find the machine device, which is enumerated as USB Serial converter, double click on it to show its properties
Go to Driver pane and check that the version is 2.12.18.0
If this is not the case please try to repeat the uninstall procedure or try to use the Windows uninstall tool: in the same window click on Uninstall Device then check Delete the driver software for this device and repeat the installation process from the step #3
