Troubleshooting the nebulizer

Checking the operation of the Venturi suction

The nebulization liquid is drawn through the Venturi effect generated by the needle. Proper adjustment of the needle is crucial for effective suction action.

Verify proper insertion of the coaxial into the nozzle.

Verify that the nozzle is properly inserted into the coaxial cable inside the nebulizer to enable suction with the Venturi effect.

Replacement of the coaxial pipe.

In case the coaxial tube is damaged or too short to ensure proper functioning, it is necessary to replace it following the procedure shown in the video.

Verify the entire air line of the nebulizer.

If the coaxial cable is properly inserted and the Venturi effect is confirmed in the tubing, but the liquid still does not reach the nebulizer needle, it is necessary to retrace and verify the efficiency of the entire air channel using the procedure shown in the video.
